For what purpose do we process your data? 

We process the information obtained to carry out the services offered by CIE AUTOMOTIVE Group and to support our plants in compliance with legal requirements.

How long will we keep your data? 

We store data for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, in compliance at least with the minimum retention period. 

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data? 

The legitimacy for the processing of data by CIE AUTOMOTIVE S.A. will be carried out in the terms established by article 6 of the RGPD, related to ordinary data, being the owner of the data informed of the title or titles of lawfulness that apply to each service provision, which may be consent, the execution of a legal relationship in which the person is a party, the fulfilment of a legal obligation or the legitimate interest of CIE AUTOMOTIVE S.A. in the development of its services and competences.

Data subjects have the right of access to their personal data, the period of retention of their data, including the right to obtain a copy of the data processed.

They also have the right to rectify the data if it is inaccurate (for example, they can request a correction of their address, a change of name, etc.).

Data subjects have the right to the restrict processing by requesting this to the data controller, who must suspend the processing of the data when citizens request the rectification or erasure of their data, until their request is resolved.
