ALUDEC Galvanic 1 commenced its operations in 2008 through the establishment of a joint venture with the German company Saxonia Galvanik GmbH. The new entity, named ALUDEC Saxonia, brought the Plating On Platics technology (POP) into the ALUDEC Group.

In 2014, upon termination of the joint venture, ALUDEC assumed full 100% management of the company, which adopted the name ALUDEC Galvanic 1. The firm continued its operations, strengthened by the expertise accumulated in previous years.
