Composition of the ESG Cross-Group Committee

In order to ensure that the ESG is properly integrated into the daily work of all areas, the company has a Transversal or Cross-Group Committee made up of 11 members from different areas, supervised by the Board of Directors through the ESG Commission. This Cross-Group Committee monitors performance in the application of the company's ESG principles and policies.
