The magazine “Inversión a Fondo” published by elEconomista with a focus on financial markets, has held its yearly awards ceremony during which it has recognised the performance of the best values, companies and investment products during 2016.
As explained by elEconomista, “to achieve a good profitability in a tough year 2016 investment-wise marked by three ‘black swans’ – Chinese crash, Brexit and Donal Trump election - , was a hard task. But there were those who were able to make the most of these market uncertainties and turned them into great investment opportunities that became very profitable. This is what the magazine ‘Inversión a fondo’ rewarded in its III Edition, organised by elEconomista and De Giro”.
The event, which took place on June 29th in Torre de Cristal, Madrid, was attended by the CNMV (Spanish National Securities Market Commission) president, Sebastián Albella; the president of the publisher of elEconomista, Ecoprensa, Alfonso de Salas, and the president of Inverco, Ángel Martínez Aldama, among many others.
The elEconomista investment tool “Top 10 por fundamentales” recognised CIE Automotive as the value with the best performance out of those included in its strategy. Furthermore, Global Dominion, CIE Automotive’s subsidiary, was awarded a recognition as having the best debut in the stock exchange market during 2016, with an appreciation in value of 14,20% for 2016, and of over 40% since the company went public to date.
