The data submitted via this corporate website by the data subjects when sending their CV will at all times be processed in the most appropriate manner in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of personal data. The candidate expressly authorises the company to processes the personal data submitted via its website, whether by automated or non-automated processes, including any automated or non-automated technical operations and procedures which enable data to be collected, recorded, held, prepared, modified, blocked or cancelled. In order to facilitate proper implementation and control of the overall human resources policies of the CIE AUTOMOTIVE group, the candidate also consents to their personal data being communicated to those businesses in the group which the company considers relevant. Under any other circumstances, the company will not communicate the candidate’s personal data to other private or public individuals or entities without the prior consent of the candidate. The candidate's personal data shall be held for as long as necessary to meet the purposes for which they have been gathered in each case, in order to maintain the relationship or link between the data subject and CIE Automotive.

For the purposes of this clause, ‘personal data’ refers to any information related to the candidate which is necessary for fulfilling the aforementioned data processing purposes. These include their name and surnames, age, marital status, personal contact details, number of children, salary, position and activities performed, curriculum vitae, participation in training courses, etc. They may exercise their rights to access, rectification, erasure, objection to processing and data portability by sending a written communication along with a photocopy of their national identity number (DNI) to CIE Automotive S.A., Alameda Mazarredo 69, 8º - 48009 Bilbao (Vizcaya), España. They may similarly withdraw their consent at any time, where doing so does not affect the processing of their data which was carried out prior to them withdrawing their consent.
