Social Action

At CIE Automotive, we view social action as being the use of human, technical, and financial resources to support the most vulnerable groups. Our programmes are geared towards local development through volunteering, projects, collaborations, and schooling programmes. Our aspiration if for our progress to also be the progress of the communities that surround us.

Walking Towards the Future Project

We are working with Save the Children to support at-risk young people in Puebla (Mexico), improving their employment opportunities.

More than 800 young people have participated since 2019.

02. CIE Automotive's Commitment

With the backing of our CEO, in October 2015 CIE Automotive joined the Global Compact to develop, implement, and disclose corporate sustainability policies and practices.

Composition of the ESG Cross-Group Committee

In order to ensure that the ESG principle is fully incorporated into the everyday work of all areas, of the company, CIE Automative has a transversal or cross-group committee made up of 11 members from different areas, which is supervised by the board of directors through its ESG committee. This cross-group committee monitors performance in applying the company's ESG principles and policies.
