Harassment Prevention and Resolution Policy at CIE Automotive
In the last quarter of 2020, as a result of the diversity analyses carried out over the last year, CIE Automotive published its 'Harassment Prevention and Resolution Policy'.
This protocol, which demonstrates CIE's commitment to ESG in general and its non-tolerance of this type of situation in particular, applies to harassment in the workplace (mobbing), sexual harassment and harassment based on gender, and was created to detect, assess any such situations and propose solutions if they do arise.
