After graduating in Civil Engineering from Madrid's Polytechnic University, Mr. Pradera began his career in 1979 as a director at Banco Bilbao, where he worked until 1985. In 1988, he was named executive director of Nerisa, where he stayed until 1993, subsenquently moving to SEAT as director of strategy. In 1995, he played an important role in the creation of INSSEC, where he served as chief executive until 2010. He was the executive chairman of CIE Automotive from 2012 until 2017, working in the strategy and financial design departments and also chaired Global Dominion Access, S.A. Since May 2015, he has been a director at Tubacex and since June 2015, a director at Corporación Financiera Alba. On 31 December 2017, he stepped down from his executive duties at CIE Automotive, thus reinforcing the company’s corporate governance practices.

A graduate in business studies (San Sebastian), he began a career as a tax advisor in 1975 and founded Norgestión (a consultancy firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions, tax law and finance). He continued to provide services for the firm until 2008. He has also headed up ADEGI (the Guipuzcoa business association) and has been a member of CONFEBASK, the confederation of Basque business associations. He has previously chaired Autometal S.A. and sat on the boards of a number of companies in the manufacturing industry, including Fegemu S.A., Viveros San Antón, S.A. and Global Dominion Access S.A. He is currently a member of the board of Alai Extrusión, S.A. Basquevolt and Marcos Larrañaga y Cia, S.A.

Jesús María Herrera is our CEO. A graduate of business studies and economics from University of the Basque Country, Mr. Herrera also holds a master's degree in international expansion (from Euroforum). He joined CIE Automotive as the CFO in 1991, as well as heading up the HR function for CIE Orbelan. In 1995, he was appointed deputy manager and in 1998 he was promoted to general manager. In 2000, he took over management of CIE Brazil and in 2002, of CIE Plasfil. In the same year he was named global director of CIE Plástico, a position he held until 2005, when he took up the general manager spot at CIE America. He has been the CEO of Autometal S.A. since 2010 and in 2011 he was appointed COO for the entire Group; just a year later he was named general manager of CIE Automotive. Finally, in 2013, the Board of Directors appointed him CEO of CIE Automotive. He is also a director at Global Dominion Access, S.A.

Arantza graduated in law with highest honours from Deusto University. From 2000 to 2019, she has been Managing Partner of the Bilbao office of Uría Menéndez Abogados S.L.P., member of the Board of Directors, the Professional Practice Management Committee and the Criminal Risk Prevention Committee of the firm. She has been an independent director of Repsol, S.A. since May 31st, 2019, a member of its Sustainability Committee since that date, and a member of the Remuneration Committee since November 24th, 2021, to which date she was a member of its Nomination Committee. Since July 2021, she has been a Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors of its subsidiaries Repsol Industrial Transformation, S.L. Sociedad Unipersonal and Repsol Customer Centric, S.L. Since 8 May 2020, she has been an independent director of Global Dominion Access, S.A., having chaired its Audit Committee until May 12, 2021. She is currently a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee. Since May 2019, she has been a member of the group of experts of the Economic and Social Council of the Basque Country, chairing the Economic Committee of said body since December 2019. She is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Bilbao Exhibition Centre S.A.

Senior Industrial Engineering qualification from ICAI and Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She has been a Director at Loewe and CEO of Carrera y Carrera after leading the “Management Buy in” process. She is Vice Chair of the International Board of Trustees of Oceana and member of the Board of Trustees of la Real Fábrica de Tapices and IE University as well as President of the Diversity Foundation. She is a member of the jury of the European Innovation Council Accelerator of the European Commission and the Green Deal. She is also Co-Chair of Women Corporate Directors and a member of the Board of Board Members and Directors. She is currently Executive Director of IE University Premium & Prestige Observatory, and a member of the advisory board of companies in the premium sector.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences. Ms Orbengozo has spent part of her career working for a multinational company that provides technology services, focusing on information management and big data. She is a forward-thinking account manager with proven achievements in the IT sector over a career of over 30 years. She is an ambitious and dynamic change manager, dedicated to ongoing business improvement, focused on revenue enhancement and the streamlining of business operations. She is commited to profit optimisation.

Iñigo Barea holds a degree in aereonautical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the École Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace, and an MBA from IESE Business School. He began his professional career at Airbus where he specialised in propulsion systems integration. He went on to join the strategic consultancy firm A.T. Kearney, where he worked on various international projects centering on improving operational efficiency. In 2020 he moved to the techcompany Just Eat, where he currently holds the position of general manager of Just Eat Spain.

Degree in Business Administration and Management with Honours from Deusto University, with a major in Finance. In 2000, he began his professional career in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs in London and later, in 2002, he joined ABN AMRO in Madrid. In 2006, he joined the Investment Department of Corporación Financiera Alba and was appointed Deputy Chief Investment Officer in 2007, Chief Investment Officer in 2012 and Managing Director in 2020, a position he currently holds. He is currently, on behalf of Alba, a member of the Board of Directors of CIE Automotive, Ebro Foods, Profand Fishing Holding, Viscofan and the Rioja and Rioja Acquisition vehicles (Naturgy). Previously, he was a Director, among others, of Acerinox, ACS, Dragados, ACS Servicios y Concesiones, Euskaltel, Parques Reunidos and Clínica Baviera. In addition, he is a Director of the group's private equity vehicle and a member of the Investment Committee of two funds managed by Artá Capital.

Francisco J. Riberas Mera was born in Madrid on 1 June, 1964. He holds degrees in law (1987) and in economics and business administration (1988) from the University Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3), Madrid. In 1989 he began his professional career working in Business Management at Gonvarri Group. He then became director of corporate development, and was subsequently named CEO. In 1997 he promoted the creation of Gestamp, assuming the role of executive chairman and helping to shape the company that Gestamp has become today. He sits on the board of Telefónica, CIE Automotive and Wallbox. Riberas is also a board member of other companies in the family holding company, ACEK, including Gonvarri Group, Acek Energías Renovables and Inmobiliaria Acek. Francisco J. Riberas is the chair of SERNAUTO - the Spanish Association of Automotive Suppliers -, and Fundación Consejo España-China.

Jon Riberas was born in Madrid in 1968. He holds a degree in law (1991) and a degree in economics and business administration (1992) from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE E-3). In 1992, he began his professional career in the Business Development area of Grupo Gonvarri, later becoming its as CEO. In 2005, he founded ACEK Renewables. In 2010, he was appointed executive chairman of Gonvarri Industries and Co-Chairman of Corporación ACEK, the family holding. He is currently the co-chair of the famil holding, executive chairman of Gonvarri Industries, executive chairman of GRI Renewable Industries, vice-president and board member of Gestamp, and board member of CIE Automotive and Global Dominion.

A graduate of economic and business science from Deusto University. Ms. Salegui began her career at the transport firm La Guipuzcoana (1988-2002), where she worked as general manager, a position she also held at DHL Express Iberia (2002-2004). She is currently the chairwoman of Addvalia Capital and Perth Espacio y Orden and currently sits on the board of Baztango.
